Sichuan fountain project is a comprehensive project with multiple types of work, which requires the construction personnel to have high technical quality, strict construction organization and strict management. During the construction, all projects should cooperate with each other, and parallel overlapping flow construction should be done to avoid rework and repair and reduce repeated labor.
The division and construction sequence of main divisional projects are hydropower prefabrication project hydropower installation project hydropower program-controlled commissioning. In order to ensure the completion on schedule, parallel lap flow construction is organized for each prefabrication and installation project. The main pipeline installation is carried out from bottom to top. The hydropower prefabrication project is divided into two parts: pipeline prefabrication and electrical prefabrication.
1、 Construction technical measures:
1. The pipe prefabrication part is the main pipe rounding
Straight main pipe and round pipe fixed hole; hole position drilling (DN 15-dn 25); big hole position gas cutting (above DN 25); branch pipe cutting; branch pipe threading; bracket accessories cutting; accessories drilling; strategy processing; water pump flange processing and drilling.
Technical requirements and measures: the bending circle needs to be lofted, and the cutting die needs to be rounded; the straight pipe needs to be fixed with the pipe axis line first, and the size can be ensured only by fixing, punching and reaming; the support processing needs to be processed strictly according to the standard pipe diameter, and the support accessories sample should be made first, and then set according to the sample, so as to ensure that the support accessories of the same pipe diameter are universal. Ensure the minimum amount of labor required to install the support. Sampling inspection shall be conducted when necessary, and technical inspection and quality acceptance shall be conducted after the completion of each prefabrication work.

2. The project is a special water and electricity structure
The division and construction sequence of divisional works are hydropower prefabrication works – hydropower installation works – water, electricity and program-controlled commissioning. In order to ensure the completion on schedule, each prefabrication and installation project organizes parallel overlapping flow construction, and the main pipeline installation is carried out from bottom to top.
3. The electrical prefabrication part includes lamp frame processing, control panel processing and assembly, chassis processing and junction box processing.
Technical requirements and measures: the processing and assembly of the control panel must meet the technical requirements of the fountain and the corresponding construction specifications. After the original circuit is assembled, it must be debugged and the parameters meet the design requirements before entering the installation site; after the wiring is processed, the waterproof test must be carried out to check the processing quality.
2、 Installation engineering: it is divided into pipeline installation and electrical installation
1. Pipeline installation construction process:

Technical requirements and measures of Sichuan fountain project: the site lofting shall enlarge the drawing to 1:1, the bottom plate shall be fixed firmly, the elevation shall be measured by level, the temporary electric stringing shall be used to mechanical equipment, the pipeline shall be protected from crushing, the leakage and distribution box shall be equipped with leakage protector, the installation of each project shall be carried out according to the sample, the pipeline shall be horizontal and vertical, and the main pipe arc caused by branch pipe welding shall be avoided The shape of the pipe must be straightened, the water pump must be installed firmly, the nozzle must be installed for preliminary commissioning, and the bottom of the pipe must not leak paint when the pipe is painted.
2. Electrical installation construction process:
Cable laying → junction box installation → water pump, color lamp, cable connection → color lamp installation
Technical requirements and measures: the cable laying must be soft and not taut. When crossing the road, it is necessary to make a blind ditch or steel pipe. When laying, it is necessary to lay a layer of brick and yellow sand (outside the pool) up and down to prevent the cable from being damaged. When installing the colored lamp, it is necessary to keep a certain distance between the top surface and the water surface (the distance between the lamp and the water surface is 5cm). The wiring of the lamp line, pump line and cable must be tight and tight, and the pump line must be closed The pipeline control panel must be reliably grounded. After the completion of each construction process, the technical inspection and acceptance shall be conducted. The concealed acceptance record shall be made. The water shall be discharged to make the site clear after the construction.
3. Water, electricity and program control commissioning construction process:
Water pump debugging →→→ nozzle debugging →→→ light debugging →→→ program control program debugging
